Strawberry and mint julep
5 mint leaves, plus a spring to garnish
A wee dram of whisky
Measure out a healthy glug of whisky into a glass, add the mint leaves and crush slightly to bring out the flavour. In a blender, whizz the strawberries and ice, then pour over the whisky and mint. Muddle with a straw to blend and enjoy in front of the match (slowly at this time in the afternoon!)
